Lexus of Austin is immediately hiring for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Representative to join our team.

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of dealership equipment to ensure maximum production.

EXPERIENCE HANDS-ON WITH

  • Commercial HVAC equipment

  • Basic knowledge of electrical

  • Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and repairing commercial plumbing fixtures.

  • Knowledgeable in OSHA safety regulations

  • Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day hands-on facility maintenance operations to our facilities

  • Maintaining a quality appearance to all facilities interior and exterior

  • Scheduling vendors to make major repairs to any equipment needing repairs and inspecting the work is performed correctly.

  • Inspect the interior and exterior conditions to all facilities and make or schedule repairs as needed.

  • Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.

  • Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • Proven management leadership, with at least two years of facility management.
