This is a position that REQUIRES detailing experience beyond volume car washing. Please read essential job responsibilities as you must know how and be comfortable with:

  • Paint Correction (orange peel, fish-eyes, dirt-nibs, etc.)

  • Wet Sanding and Buffing

  • Compound Polishing and Wax Application

Job Description

We are currently seeking an expert detailer with experience who knows how to work efficiently and has experience detailing high-end luxury vehicles or the desire to do so following collision repairs.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Complete cosmetic inspections of vehicles, with a high degree of attention to detail, noting what is needed to transform the cars into what we can be proud of.

  • Perform panel paint correction post repairs consisting of, but not limited to : removing fisheyes, dirt, orange peel, etc.

  • Perform full detail post repair consisting of, but not limited to: Washing vehicle exterior, cleaning interior and exterior, application of wax to auto body, wiping and buffing surfaces, vacuuming interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris, cleaning upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces. Application of revitalizing and preservation agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces and treatmets to fabrics with spot- and stain-resistant chemicals, cleaning engine and engine compartment with various cleaning agents.

  • Perform paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing and buffing to make cars look as good as new

  • Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness and organization


  • Must have at least 2 years of detailing experience

  • Must have a valid driver's license

  • A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach

  • Understanding when and how to use appropriate cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.

  • Responsible and trustworthy

  • Experienced in color sand and buff

  • Experienced in delivering exceptional results within given time frame

  • Customer focus and attention to detail
