The Fairfield Collision Center, part of the Penske Automotive Group family, is looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our collision center.

The Body Shop Manager is responsible for running an efficient and profitable collision center. This manager will operate the department at maximum production while controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives, maintaining service records, and fostering good employee relationships in a positive environment.
