Penske Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Area Fixed Operations Director to join our Indianapolis team and guide our Penske Honda and Penske Chevrolet dealerships to the next level.

Our Penske Honda dealership is the number one volume dealership with the largest service department in the city of Indianapolis. Our Penske Chevrolet dealership is the most trusted premier dealership in Indiana that affords the opportunity for the right candidate to help shape and advance the location. This brand-new position is a great opportunity for an established Fixed Operations Manager looking to take on a new challenge or an experience Service Manager looking to take the next step in their career. The Fixed Operations Director will oversee the repair of vehicles brought into the dealership in both locations and ensure profitability and help improve customer satisfaction and retention.
