Hudson Toyota is looking for a knowledgeable and friendly Department Administrator to join our dealership team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

As a Department Administrator, you will provide ongoing administrative support to an office or set of managers. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining structures for communication between departments and providing their supervisors with valuable information for business opportunities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Must have at least one shot of the COVID-19 vaccine at commencement of employment, and complete the second shot, if applicable, within the required timeline provided by Moderna or Pfizer as a condition of continuing employment.
