As an Estimator, you will assess and appraise vehicle damage, estimate the costs of repairs or replacements, and communicate estimates and options with insurance companies, dealership personnel, and our valued customers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Excellent attention to detail, with strong mathematical and analytical skills relevant to calculating and reconciling customer estimates, and processing data for management analysis.
1-3 years in the collision business, with manufacturer training and estimating systems experience (CCC, Rome, Reynolds, etc.), and outstanding insurance relations.

Accountability: Comply with all manufacturer standards of quality for repairs, maintain and distribute accurate program reports as required to management, and understand and comply with all federal, state and local regulations that govern repair of vehicles for insurance companies.
