Lexus of Madison is looking for additions to our Lexus Service Team. While the position is often referred to as a "PORTER," the actual job is much more. Closer to a restaurant host, or maître d, our porters set the pace on our service drive. They greet guests arriving for service appointments, record basic vehicle info and point out guests to awaiting service advisors or to our customer lounge. Our porters maintain our fleet of Lexus loaners, keep the Café stocked and pick-up and drop off customers or their vehicles.

As a Porter, you will greet customers arriving for service appointments, record basic vehicle information, control customer flow in and out of the service department, keep the service drive area tidy, check-in and stage our fleet of Lexus Loaner Vehicles. Move customer vehicles around the facility as needed. Occasional valet pick-up and drop off customer vehicles is required.
