Penske Automotive Group is hiring immediately for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Representative to join our Minneapolis team!
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and energetic individual to maintain facilities for our Motorwerks MINI and Motorwerks BMW dealerships in the Minneapolis area. The Facilities Maintenance, also known as Maintenance Technician, will be responsible for the safe maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment to ensure maximum production of the dealership. You must have a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work well in a team and ensure department goals and initiatives are met.
The Facilities Representative must possess skills for ensuring that all maintenance activities are seamlessly completed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must have experience in a facilities or maintenance capacity.
Supervisory experience in facilities is a plus.
Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Exceptional attention to detail.
