The Hardy Recon Center, part of the Penske Automotive Group family, is looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our Hardy Team.

The Body Shop Manager is responsible for running an efficient and profitable Recon center. This manager will operate the department at maximum production while controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives, maintaining service records, and fostering good employee relationships in a positive environment.

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience within a Body Shop with proven management leadership.

  • Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.

  • Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
