We are currently seeking a Call Center Service Concierge to join our Team!

Enjoy working in a fast paced customer oriented environment

Greet and interact with customers on the phone in a friendly and professional manner

Assist in guest requests to schedule service appointments accurately and as stated by customer or service personnel, answer questions, offer value of doing business

Assist service customer with their needs and if not able to do so, transfer guest to service center or take a message

Stay abreast of service policies (loaner vehicles, weekly/monthly specials, roadside assistance, hours, location/directions, etc.)


Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment

Previous automotive experience preferred/not required

Professional and friendly phone skills (use of preferred terminology and scripts)

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Ability to multi-task

Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
