Operations Performance Specialist

Seeking a motivated, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about translating data into actionable business strategies.

In this role, you'll conduct in-depth analysis of sales and service performance metrics, identify opportunities for process improvements, and provide strategic insights that directly influence operational decisions. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance both revenue generation and operational efficiency, while building your expertise in advanced data analytics and operations management.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Support analysis of metrics and data to identify trends and strategic opportunities

  • Own the creation and delivery of required performance reports to leadership

Process Improvement & Optimization

  • Support process initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies

  • Own special projects that drive organizational growth and efficiency

Data Management & Systems Support

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CRM and CDP systems

  • Support implementation of new tools and technologies across the organization

  • Support system integrations and automation implementations

Training & Business Consulting

  • Train team members on system usage and best practices

  • Support initiatives that directly impact sales and service performance and retention

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field - preferred

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in dealership operations, business operations, analytics, or training/consulting

  • Strong performance with relevancy to statistics, business analysis, or operations

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools

  • Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems

  • Understanding of dealership processes, methodologies, and performance metrics

  • Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools
