Join The Western Region Operations Performance Team as an Operations Performance Specialist -- supporting our Sales and Service Performance Managers and 65 automotive dealerships.
Operations Performance Specialist
The ideal candidate for this early to intermediate career opportunity will be seeking a growth opportunity in automotive operations, training, consulting, and systems/process performance.
In this role, you'll conduct in-depth analysis of sales and service performance metrics, identify opportunities for process improvements, and execute actionable items.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Business Consulting
Train team members on system usage and best practices
Support initiatives that directly impact sales and service performance and retention
Process Improvement & Optimization
Support process initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies
Own special projects that drive organizational growth and efficiency
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Support analysis of metrics and data to identify trends and strategic opportunities
Own the creation and delivery of required performance reports to leadership
Data Management & Systems Support
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CRM and CDP systems
Support implementation of new tools and technologies across the organization
Support system integrations and automation implementations
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field - preferred
0-2 years of relevant experience in dealership operations, business operations, analytics, or training/consulting
Strong performance with relevancy to statistics, business analysis, or operations
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Working knowledge of CRM systems
Understanding of dealership processes, methodologies, and performance metrics
Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools
