Penske Rapid Repair is looking for an experienced Paint Protection / Film Installer dedicated to providing precision service to create an extraordinary customer experience!

We're seeking a skilled individual with level entry experience in installing paint protection film to protect vehicles from scratches, rock chips, and other damage. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest-quality installations while maintaining efficiency and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and prepare vehicle surfaces for installation, ensuring optimal adhesion.

• Install paint protection film according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

• Inspect completed installations for quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Willingness and ability to travel to North Scottsdale dealerships and Surprise dealership. This position will eventually transition into full-time at the Surprise location.

• Proficiency in using film software, cutting tools and other installation equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
