Penske Rapid Repair, a division of the Penske Automotive Group, has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician!

A Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician is responsible for repairing minor dents and dings on vehicles without the need for traditional bodywork or repainting. They use specialized tools and techniques to carefully manipulate and massage the metal back into its original shape, ensuring a seamless finish.

Responsibilities -- Auto Body Technician - Dent Repair:

• Inspect vehicles for damage.

• Repair dents using traditional industry-standard techniques.

• Visit multiple franchise dealerships owned by Penske to perform services.

• Maintain equipment assigned in an organized and clean manner.

• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications -- PDR Technician:

• 2+ years of previous experience in professional PDR repair required

• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and a team player with good time-management skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Professional appearance and personality

• Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service

• Good work ethic and problem-solving skills

• A positive attitude and works well as part of a team

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident

• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen

Compensation for this position is based upon production/sales. The wage ranges are not guaranteed and are estimates based on expected production/sales. The minimum for this position is Arizona state minimum wage.
