Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for motivated individuals to join our Service Call Center and help deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

As a Call Center Representative, also known as a Business Development Center (BDC) Appointment Coordinator, you will quickly, professionally, and courteously help our customers in a call center environment communicating with customers via text, e-mail, or social media as assigned.
