We are currently seeking a Contact Center Customer Service Representative to join our Team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist service department guests with appointment needs and general questions for multiple dealerships

Deliver great customer service

Take full ownership of and provide a thorough resolution

Deliver results in a high-volume, dynamic environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment

Previous call center experience preferred/not required

Professional and friendly phone skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Ability to multi-task

Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment

Professional appearance and work ethic
