Penske Automotive Group is looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our team in Round Rock, TX and help support the infrastructure of our technical organization.

As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for assisting employees with questions on the usage of technology and for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Ability to troubleshoot technology issues for employee over the phone and in-person.
Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Strong mathematical, analytical, and computer skills relevant to an Information Technology position, with at least one year of recent applicable experience.
