BMW of San Diego, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for a knowledgeable and friendly BMW Genius to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

As a Product Specialist, you will professionally and courteously help customers with their vehicle technology questions by email, by phone, and in-person to ensure owners get the most out of their vehicles. Our BMW Genius will assist in delivering new vehicles to BMW customers while providing an explanation of features and options to ensure top-notch customer experiences and positively impact customer service scores.
Pay for this position is $18/hr plus bonus.
