Penske Automotive Customer Service Representative - Kearny Mesa Toyota in San Diego, California
Automotive dealership looking for a Jack or Jill of all trades in all things customer service. Ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be reliable and trustworthy and be very happy working weekends, evenings and most holidays. Job duties include but are not limited to:
Receptionist serves as a front-line representative for the dealership. Answers multi-line phone system. Is responsible for greeting customers as they enter the showroom, answers basic inquiries, and directs them to the appropriate party. Ensures a customer-friendly environment and an exceptional customer experience.
Cashier receives and processes payment for products or services sold by the dealership.
Service greeter/valet greets customers in a friendly and professional manner, delivers customer vehicles after service is completed, assists customers with loaner/rental vehicles or ride share/shuttle rides as necessary, performs general cleanup of vehicles including dusting, vacuuming, wiping and rinsing.
Dealership will train in all areas and you will be expected to complete these tasks as scheduled. Schedule is 40 hours a week including Saturdays and Sundays. Pay based on experience plus benefits and 401K
