Penske Automotive Collision Center, located in San Diego, is looking for an experienced Customer Representative to join our team and help deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

As the Department Administrator, you will play a vital role in our automotive glass department by providing administrative support and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for efficiently managing appointments, coordinating with customers and technicians, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth workflow in the automotive glass department.
Pay for this position is $19.00 per hour.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their automotive glass needs and provide relevant information and solutions. Schedule appointments, coordinate service timelines, and communicate service updates to customers.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer information, service requests, and appointments. Handle paperwork and documentation related to automotive glass repairs, replacements, and billing.
Coordination: Liaise between customers and automotive glass technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of services. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of necessary automotive glass products and materials.
Customer Education: Educate customers on automotive glass options, safety measures, and maintenance tips to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical information to customers regarding automotive glass repair and replacement processes.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of automotive glass products and services is a plus
Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office Suite and CRM systems
