Finance Manager

Penske Automotive Group is looking for an experienced, professional, and motivated Automotive Finance Consultant to join our team at one of our San Diego County stores.

As Finance Manager, you are responsible for maintaining and building excellent customer relationships, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Candidates must have at least 2-5 years of experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership. A proven track record of success is required.

Essential Functions

• Provides customers with thorough explanations of aftermarket products, extended warranties, manufacturer and dealership service procedures, and policies

• Develops and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

• Converts cash deals to finance deals where appropriate

• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with multiple finance sources, including the manufacturer

• Processes finance and lease deals accurately, fairly, and in accordance with local, state, and federal statutes and company policies

• Processes all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions.

• Understands and complies with all federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new- and used-vehicle and finance departments

Pay for this position is minimum wage plus commissions. The expected pay is $84,000 to $156,000 per year.
