Penske Rapid Repair is looking for an experienced Paintless Dent Repair Technician to join our team in San Diego and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

A Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician is responsible for repairing minor dents and dings on vehicles without the need for traditional bodywork or repainting. They use specialized tools and techniques to carefully manipulate and massage the metal back into its original shape, ensuring a seamless finish. The Technician assesses the damage, selects the appropriate tools, and applies precise pressure to restore the vehicle's appearance. Attention to detail, patience, and skillful craftsmanship are essential in this role. Additionally, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, interacting professionally with clients, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and techniques are important aspects of the job.
Pay for this position is $25 to $50 per hour.
