Penske Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and support our recruiting department in San Diego, CA.

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the market efforts to staff area dealerships with qualified new employees that will promote the overall success of the dealership and organization. Responsibilities include proactive candidate sourcing, resume review, conducting initial phone interviews, attending and organizing career fairs, and other administrative tasks as required.

Pay for this position is $25 per hour.

  • Accountability: Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local requirements which govern the company's business and recruiting.
