Automotive Service Director

BMW of San Diego is looking for an experienced, driven, and people-focused Service Director to lead our high-volume, luxury dealership service department. This is an incredible opportunity to take charge of a fast-paced operation with one of the most recognized automotive brands in the world.

In this key leadership role, the Service Director will oversee the daily operations of our dealership service

department, driving efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is

a proven leader in automotive fixed operations who thrives in a high-performance environment, balances

strategy with hands-on execution, and is passionate about delivering premium service.

Pay for this position is salary plus commissions. The expected pay is $220,000 to $260,000 per year.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 5+ years of Automotive Retail Management or Fixed Operations leadership experience

• Experience in BMW or other luxury brands preferred, but not required

• Proven track record in leading large automotive service teams and driving performance

• Ability to quickly analyze, strategize, and deliver results

• Proven leadership with excellent coaching, communication, and team-building skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven in a fast-paced dealership environment

• Ability to work a flexible schedule

• Self-motivated and career-oriented professional with the ability to multitask

• Professional appearance and strong work ethic

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
