Elite Technician Program
At Penske Automotive Group, we've created the Elite Technician Program to recognize our technicians. Nominated technicians within the company compete in an online test covering theory and process for maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing sophisticated vehicles. All nominees receive additional perks throughout the year. Finalists are invited on an exclusive trip where they participate in another round of testing and Team Penske activities before the overall winner is announced.
